Я редко пишу на тему блюд, но это совсем не значит, что я не готовлю или не люблю этого делать. Как и все мамы, каждый день провожу на кухне час-другой. Единственное, я уделяю ОЧЕНЬ большое внимание тому, что мы едим. Придерживаюсь ЗОЖ и культуры правильного питания – чем полезней еда, тем мы здоровей и счастливей.

Мой лайфхак – масло-спрей! Его намного меньше уходит при жарке, ведь детки любят блинчики, сырники, можно очень дозировано заправлять салаты – едва сбрызнуть. Теперь приготовление становится максимально полезным! Я предпочитаю Алтарию, сертифицированный эко-продукт. Слышали про марку Алтария?

• тыквенное масло

Все три нерафинированные, запах и вкус…. Ммм-м, наслаждение, которым хочется поделиться! Не имеет постороннего запаха – nature product, частица заповедного края, энергия Алтая! Останавливаться на этом я точно не буду, расширю линейку растительных масел в спрее.

My life hacking is an oil spray! It is much less spent when frying, because kids love pancakes, cheesecakes, you can fill salads in very small doses – you can barely sprinkle them.
