To unwind a little on the weekend, we leave the kids with my mom and leave for a little while. Spending time together with your husband is priceless, even if the going out happens, most often, on business. The other day, having completed everything planned earlier, we decided to take advantage of a free minute. After walking around the center for a bit, we turned onto Vozdvizheniye. Dinner time was inexorably approaching, so it was necessary to find some good place for a tasty rest. We noticed a pleasant restaurant Il Letterato, where we immediately wanted to look.
Inside, you really feel the real Italian soul, preserving the ancient traditions and unique flavor of the Mediterranean countries. The tables are very well laid out. Being in a common room, you feel at a comfortable distance from other visitors – no one is embarrassing or embarrassing with unnecessary looks. The interior design is cozy and atmospheric, as if warmed by the generous sunshine of this hospitable country. All the time did not leave the feeling as if we had returned to warm Italy again!
But the most important “highlight” of this place is certainly an open kitchen with a chic pizza oven. It is fully viewable, so you can see with your own eyes absolutely everything that professional chefs cook. It is impossible to leave without enjoying a real Italian pizza on the thinnest dough!
From the ordered dishes, I liked everything, so I definitely recommend the restaurant to visit. Be sure to try the fragrant porcini mushroom puree soup, which looks like an exquisite delicacy, and mouth-watering beef cheeks with spinach, literally melting in your mouth. The most delicate meat with a delicious aroma and healthy herbs – the ideal dish for ladies simply does not exist. Well, and, of course, the queen of the table is beyond competition – amazing pizza. We had it with arugula and Parma – a true perfection of the usual flavor combinations with the original spicy bitterness.

Чтобы немного развеяться в выходные, мы оставляем детей с моей мамой и ненадолго уезжаем. Провести время вдвоем с мужем – это бесценно, даже если выход в свет происходит, чаще всего, по делам. На днях, доделав все запланированное раньше, решили воспользоваться свободной минуткой. Немного прогулявшись по центру, свернули на Воздвиженку. Неумолимо приближалось время ужина, поэтому нужно было найти какое-то хорошее местечко для вкусного отдыха. Заметили приятный ресторанчик Il Letterato, куда сразу захотелось заглянуть.

Внутри действительно чувствуется настоящая итальянская душа, сохраняющая древние традиции и неповторимый колорит средиземноморских стран. Столы расставлены очень продуманно. Находясь в общем помещении, чувствуешь себя на комфортном расстоянии от других посетителей – никто не стесняет и не смущает ненужными взглядами. Дизайн интерьера уютный и атмосферный, будто согретый щедрыми солнечными лучами этой гостеприимной страны. Все время не покидало ощущение, как будто мы снова вернулись в теплую Италию!

Но самая важная “изюминка” этого местечка – это безусловно, открытая кухня с шикарной печью для пиццы. Она полностью просматриваемая, поэтому можно своими глазами увидеть абсолютно все, что готовят профессиональные повара. Невозможно уйти, не полакомившись настоящей итальянской пиццей на тончайшем тесте!

Из заказанных блюд все понравилось, поэтому однозначно рекомендую ресторан к посещению. Обязательно попробуйте ароматный суп-пюре из белых грибов, похожий на изысканный деликатес, и аппетитные говяжьи щечки со шпинатом, буквально тающие во рту. Нежнейшее мясо с восхитительным ароматом и полезной зеленью – идеальнее блюда для дам просто не существует. Ну, и, конечно, вне конкуренции королева стола – потрясающая пицца. У нас была с рукколой и Пармой – истинное совершенство привычных вкусовых сочетаний с оригинальной пряной горчинкой.
